This bath soak includes Magnesium Chloride, Himalayan Pink Salt, Tapioca Starch, Grapeseed Oil, Essential Oils of Orange Sweet, Cedarwood Atlas, Ylang Ylang, Lime and Organic Neroli, Vanilla Oleoresin.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of salts under warm (not hot) running water, immerse yourself and relax for up to 20 minutes, if possible. If you cannot use a bath you can dissolve 1/2 cup of salts in a foot bath instead. Store in a cool, dry place.
