How To Use

2. Massage gently over the body, enjoying the invigorating aroma as you cleanse.
3. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.

5. To extend the life of your soap, store in a dry, well-drained soap dish between uses.

Shipping

We usually ship within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.

How much is postage?

We’ve introduced a tiered shipping system that reflects the actual cost of delivery while helping us continue using low-waste, protective packaging and keeping product prices fair:

$10 for parcels up to 250g
$15 for parcels up to 3kg
$20 for parcels over 3kg
Free shipping for orders over $150

We don’t ship internationally at this stage.

Where are my items shipped from?

All orders are packed with care in our production lab and store in Stanthorpe, Queensland. If you're local, you’re welcome to pick up your order from 7 Reeves Road, Stanthorpe.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely — you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel via the Australia Post or Aramex Couriers website.

Delivery time

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and time of year. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, actual transit time is outside our control — we recommend allowing adequate lead time, especially during peak periods.

Return to Sender

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before finalising your order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (‘Return to Sender’), a new postage fee will be charged to resend it.

Damaged Goods

All items are securely packaged for maximum protection. However, we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit. If you'd like to add transit insurance, please contact us prior to purchase for a quote.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We will offer a refund if we’re unable to replace defective goods, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

Within 72 hours: refund if replacement is not possible
Within 14 days: eligible for store credit
After 14 days: returns not accepted

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but are happy to issue store credit if contacted within 7 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
